Software: refers to the any software product sold by KicksCookout

I. The following item is a digital product and is NOT ELIGIBLE* for returns/refunds. By purchasing the product, the user agrees that they will not request a refund for any software purchased.

II. The Software DOES NOT guarantee success in anyway. Software is a tool intended to assist Users in their work flow.

III. The cost of the software DOES NOT include the cost of mobile verification. The User also acknowledges that there is no relationship between the software and the mobile verification provider.

IV. The Software may require the User to pay a renewal fee to continue accessing the Software. Renewal information will be listed in the product description and it is the User's responsibility to be aware of any renewal fees.

V. Select Software aid the User in digital automation. Any account created / verified or otherwise utilized in the Software is not property of KicksCookout, but instead property of the account company. Users must read and agree to each of the services Terms & Conditions.

VII. Users acknowledge that any Software is sold AS IS and that functionality may differ between devices. The User also acknowledges that Software may function differently than expected and that the described situation is not grounds for a refund.

VII. The User acknowledges that the Software download link will be sent to the email associated with the payment type.

VII. The User acknowledges that the Software may make changes to the User's device (i.e. downloading necessary files / deleting files, etc.).

IX. The User acknowledges that updates to Software is NOT OBLIGATORY and that updates may CEASE AT ANYTIME WITHOUT NOTICE. The User also acknowledges that the aforementioned situation is not grounds for a refund.

X. The User acknowledges that KicksCookout is not liable for any expenses incurred while using the Software. Any expenses incurred through the Software is of the Users free will.

XI. The User acknowledges that KicksCookout will not be held responsible for any damages occurred if the Software crashes due to any unforeseen circumstances. The user assumes risk for any damages that may occur, hardware or software, to the user's device. Please operate the Software within the bounds that the User's device allows.

XII. By utilizing the Software and its functionality, the User agrees that they have read and understand the above terms. If the User does not comply with the above terms, the user acknowledges that software access MAY BE REVOKED WITHOUT REFUND.

*Users will receive a Two-Day grace period. If, within two days of purchase, the User is not satisfied with the digital product, the individual has the ability to return the product for a FULL REFUND. After the two-day grace period, returns and refunds will no longer be allowed.
